One of our absolute faves on this new menu is this lovely Salmon dish 🐟(yeah we said salmon! We’re making it cool again) soaked in gf soy sauce and seared in a red hot pan until just cooked, served with a beautiful umami ponzu broth and finished with crispy seaweed 🥬

Great news today! Thanks to all the lovely guests that have dined with us and left a review!

All the reclaim has arrived from Heartwood Furniture for our bespoke made tables and massive 9 metre bar at Ilkley! Jamie and his team were key in getting the look we wanted for our little space! We can’t wait to see what Ilkley looks like!
