Работать пришлось очень быстро и тяжело из-за сжатых сроков, но минутка у этого окна придавала вдохновение. 💪 Вообще здорово, когда ваш дом является местом, где вам хорошо, комфортно и вы черпаете там силы и настроение. 😊 Очень грустно, когда дома вам не нравится, все сделано не так, не под вас и вызывает раздражение. 😔

Summer has come to an end! ☀️ It was a scorching season for us. Starting our business in May, there were only three of us: I handled management, customer service, accounting, and marketing, while my husband and his partner did all the physical work.

To be honest, I barely remember this summer because there were no vacations, no trips, and not even weekends. 😅 But now I can proudly say that we have an international team of seven people (Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine), and we are capable of offering a full range of finishing services at highly competitive prices:

In our last post, we talked about the joys of post-renovation cleanliness. Today, let's dive into the delightful world of pets during renovations. While you can protect surfaces from the aftermath of the work, you can't exactly confine your furry friends once the renovation is complete. These incredibly curious beings are bound to conduct a thorough inspection of all the new features in your home.

It's especially amusing when your cat, after a meticulous window sill paint job, decides it's the perfect pathway and leaves unexpected smudgy paw prints behind. What do you do? Send the cat an invoice for the "extra work"? Well, we had to return the next day for a touch-up. 😹🐾🎨

Dogs aren't much better behaved either. Thankfully, we don't paint floors, but dogs have a keen eye for wall design. There's nothing more splendid than a freshly painted wall adorned with unique spots and a few stray hairs. And the same goes for a freshly painted dog (by the way, we're still unsure how their owners manage to clean them off). 🐶🎨🎉

Aside from these mischievous encounters, it was business as usual—skimming and painting. The walls and ceilings had their fair share of cracks, requiring an abundance of mesh during the repairs. The baseboards and door frames were yellow, so it took more paint than usual to cover them up. And let's be honest, I can't take credit for the beautiful flooring—I won't fib. 😄🔨🎨

It seems so simple - using protective film to safeguard furniture, belongings, and surfaces. But as it turns out, many simply neglect to do so. 🤷‍♂️🙅‍♀️

The reason behind this is unclear - perhaps it's a matter of saving time or simply lacking customer orientation. Regardless, it's important to address this issue. After all, why should you endure unnecessary stress and inconvenience when having work done in your own living space? 😣❌

So, a client reached out to us based on a recommendation, eager for a complete bathroom makeover. When I arrived, the client was buzzing with anticipation for the magical transformations, but her skeptical husband had his doubts. 🤨

But you know what can convince better than a thousand words? The actual work itself!

By the second day, as we started to make progress, something amazing happened. The client's husband melted like ice cream on a hot summer day and began eagerly anticipating the final results too! 🍦🔥

When we finally completed the job, I received the funniest and most delightful compliment in my entire career. He said, "Now, I'll never close the bathroom door again because it's the most beautiful place in our home, and I want everyone to see it!" 😂🚪❤️

This week I had a job - to paint a loft. 🎨 Painting is not rocket science, right? 😄

But here's the catch - the height of the loft at its highest point was lower than my own height. So, guess what? I had to do most of the painting on my knees. 🤷‍♂️

As if that wasn't enough, the universe decided to spice things up and gifted us with scorching 27 degrees Celsius weather. Can you imagine what +27 feels like in a confined loft space? 🔥

Despite the challenges, I managed to finish the job in a day. I must say, it turned out pretty good, and the clients were delighted. 👌

Emerging from that cramped space, I barely managed to stand on my wobbly legs. When I finally made it home, I collapsed onto my bed, feeling like a worn-out paintbrush. 😴

But hey, the next day brought new clients, and thankfully, the job was not in a loft. Phew! 🙌
