Girls I’m going to say this as polite as possible, I carnt get clients in to fill appointments when your canceling last minute therefore I’m losing an hours work which is money, last week alone I had 7 cancellations I understand things happen but it’s not on. I do state that I require a cancellation fee for all appointments for last minute cancellations so when I ask for this please don’t ignore me for days on end and not send it because it’s scruffy 👍🏻 this is my job and I have children too look after let alone chasing people for payments, either come to your appointment or pay the fee, thankyou ♥️
