“The assessment was conducted extremely well in a kind and courteous manner. I was put at my ease and encouraged to show my abilities now I have taken previous advice and completed driving lessons in an automatic car with steering ball. Thank you so much William Merritt. I am full of praise for every step of my journey with you.”

"My appointment was to find a wheelchair that worked best for me. It went amazingly and I found a chair that suited my needs leading me to be able to buy the chair which I am very happy with. The assessor was amazing and listened to all my feedback so we could narrow it down."
