It's common knowledge the Mortgage market has taken a hit this year, but the team have managed to power through and ensure the business has continued in the right direction.

Year to date we have arranged 583 Mortgages, with a lending total of £103,845,636.

Moving into 2024 the Mortgage market is in a much better place than this time last year. Rates are stable and lenders are keen to lend to new and existing clients.

Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean interest rates with lenders are increasing. In fact, they’re going the opposite way.
