Always a relief! I’ve watched countless videos on safely packaging pottery. Best tip was to pack it so well you can’t hear any movement and then throw it against a wall to check 😂. Just the thought of doing that works! Thank you it’s saved me many times 😀

Feed our cheeky alpacas at 2pm, tubs of food will be available to purchase from the bar. Alan the alpaca is always hungry 🤣🦙

Gather round everyone, snuggle in duck, I’d like to read you all a little story 🥰

Hand sculpted and glazed, these lamps take a little while to make but I enjoy every bit! They all have their own personalities and come to life as I add the ears and paint the noses 🐭🥰

I’ve been busy making a few bespoke lamps recently, new animals, new features. I can’t wait to share them 🐰 🥰

I felt a bit like postman Pat delivering some little to some new shops over in the dreamy Peak District yesterday. Once they are set up I’ll pop some pictures on here. Today is my lovely local town of ❤️ and the fantastic 😀. Such a gorgeous shop brimming with gifts & homeware.

All my lamps are PAT tested, made from strong stoneware clay and hand sculpted. They are fired twice to over 1200 degrees Celsius and marked with a signed number on the base.

I’m only going to take a small number of orders at a time and then update the website as they are completed and sent out. 📦

Hello 🌼 Its about time I put a photograph of myself and my little home studio on here ☺️ I know it’s good to see the person behind the clay 🤚’s

I haven’t known Bea for long (we’ve met twice before with our kids for play dates) but she asked if she could do some photographs to celebrate . Bea walked through our door and straight away I felt comfortable. We had a cup of Earl Grey, put the world the rights and then got on with setting up. She brought a super professional lighting kit and a very beautiful camera and took some pictures of me. I just got on with what I was doing, pottered away and made some little mouse houses whilst she tweaked lighting, lenses, positions and clicked away.

Bea even crawled under barbed wire and knelt in nettles without a flinch. She just loves taking pictures and knows exactly how to get them right.

Some people are meant to do what they find themselves doing. A job they absolutely adore and are very talented at. A ‘job’ that the hours pass without you noticing. Bea is definitely one of those people. If you are considering something similar, please follow Bea and support another
