ACTION: All shrubs removed, dug out to a depth of 50mm, w**d suppressing membrane applied and 20mm golden gravel installed. Rope top edging to separate pathway from decorative aggregate. Installed to prevent trip hazard. Corner, border and decorative tiles installed to create a unique finish.

Out of control and overgrown, full of potholes. Strummed down, rotavated, and raked level. W**d suppressant membrane and bark mulch was spread to the rear area.

Old, rotten decking removed and replaced with geometric external porcelain installed with block edge divide, decorative aggregate gravel trap, and an improved rear fence line.

The brief: low maintenance.
Result: Geotextile w**d suppressing membrane, charcoal block edging in a diamond design to match the front door design. Fresh turf with bulmullo red decorative aggregate to complement the brickwork of the house.
