Leaking Worcester boiler. Flow turbine was leaking as well as the auto air vent and a seal on the flow pipe.

Minor annual maintenance service on Ideal combi. Condensate trap had never been out, expansion vessel was flat as a 🥞. Boiler had a faulty gas valve which we changed. Boiler tested in high and low range. New Adey system filter fitted and and MC1 inhibitor added to protect the boiler and system.

Worcester 2000 minor annual service. Case off to visually check inside the boiler. Condensate traps never been cleaned before. System pressure dropped to check expansion vessel it was flat as a 🥞 surprise surprise. Sweep test carried out for burner seal integrity. Water quality check carried out, system required inhibitor, system tested after inhibitor added all passed.

Old vented cylinder removed and replaced with a unvented cylinder. Love chipboard flooring floors lifted to run pressure relief pipe. Left cloy the bathroom was being refurbished. It was a tight space but got the bu**er in. New valves and pump fitted. Cleaned the old filter out and the feed tank as they were dirty. Pipework was insulated

Servicing your boiler is just as important as servicing your car, ensuring the safety of your family and your home.

Servicing your boiler helps maintain your boiler which is part of your warranty t&cs and to avoid possible costly repairs.

We provide the following Boiler services for Worcester, Vaillant, Glowworm and Baxi:

1) Basic Service from £30+vat.
This is a flue gas analyser check, which the utilities companies do.

2) Minor Service from £75+vat.
This is the minimum we recommend.
We drain your boiler to check the expansion vessel, clean the condensate trap, clean the system filter (if one is fitted and filter tools are present), and do a flue gas analyser check. We finally check that all accessible radiators are bled.

3) Major Service from £150+vat, plus parts.
This is recommended every 5years.
This is the same as minor service but in addition to this we remove the heat engine, clean your heat exchanger out, we fit new seals and gaskets, as required by manufacturer, and we replace your electrode set.

We also provide a water quality check from £10 including vat.
This will tell you the PH level of the water, the corrosion level of the water, and the inhibitor level in the heating system. We can then advise you of a system flush if one is required, at a cost, and if an inhibitor top up is required, at a cost.

Quotes are free for boiler replacement and system replacements.

We have a call out charge of £75+vat for any other boiler/heating issues and we will endeavour to resolve your issue within the hour. We will advise you if there are further costs or parts required before we do any further work.

down service on Worcester green star 30i. Boiler drained to check expansion vessel. Expansion vessel valve checked for leaks. Fan and bearing plate removed. Burner and electrode set removed. Upper and lower baffles removed. Bottom baffle was just beginning to stick so just as well we were doing a strip down service. Heat exchanger cleaned out. New burner seals and electrode set fitted. Condensate trap and system filter cleaned out. System was clean. Water quality check carried out, and it passed. Sweep test carried out to make sure seals are not leaking. All passed. System is ready for another year of service.
It’s important to have your boiler serviced every year. One it maintains warranty and the appliance, two it helps avoid hefty repair bills or possible boiler replacement if maintained.

Major strip down service on a Worcester 38cdi. Heat exchanger cleaned out. New seals fitted, new electrode set fitted, new bearing plate and seal fitted.Sweep test done all clear. Combustion checks done and gas valve adjusted to manufacturer specifications. System flushed with Fernox F3. Each radiator flushed to run clean. Water sample taken prior to flushing. Fernox F1 inhibitor added to protect the system. System water sample analysis done and shown to customer.

Off to Grantham 1 hour 20mins get the 🎶🎵📻on. Gas run to supply a boiler and it’s 🌧️ but jobs got to get done.

First year minor service on one of our installations. Checks made internally for any issues. Condensate trap cleaned out. Expansion vessel charge checked. System filter cleaned. System water sample taken for analysis. System water is clean. Flushed properly during installation. Combustion analysis completed as per manufacturer specifications.

Baxi major strip down service. System water was tested and was clean. Heat exchanger needed a good clean out and was blocked. We cleaned it out washed it out. System inhibitor level checked. New seals and electrodes fitted. Combustion checks carried out to manufacture specifications.

Annual boiler service on one of our own installation. Expansion vessel charge checked, expansion vessel valve checked for leaking, condensate trap removed and cleaned out. Got to hand it to the kitchen fitters 🤥😅 for not hiding the filter totally. System water is clean. Gauze filter is clean if non metallic debri, filter sleeve cleaned of metallic debri, combustion checks done as per manufacturer specifications.
Break down call out to no hot water. Faulty value identified and replaced with a Drayton valve and wired back into the junction box.

Ideal logic strip down service, new seals and electrodes. Condensate was totally blocked. Expansion vessel recharged, inhibitor added, heat exchanger cleaned out.

One of our jobs from yesterday. Re hung radiator after customer decorated.
Condensate pipe re run as previously was not installed properly and got blocked. Customer wanted a minor service, however looking at the condition we recommend a full strip down service with a flush as system was very dirty. Customer accepted recommendation so parts ordered for the service and fernox F3 cleaner added to start breaking down the muck in the system ready for the flush.

Major service on a Worcester cdi. Heat exchange was pretty blocked up, new electrodes set as old ones were worn down. New seals and bearing plates, inhibitor topped up. Combustion checks done.

One of our service jobs from today. Ideal Vogue. Condensate trap removed and cleaned. Expansion vessel valve checked for leaks after recharging the expansion vessel. System vented of air and checked combustion checks on minimum and maximum rates.

Call out to a gas leak, family had been with out heating and hot water for 4 days. Gas leak located and pipe work capped. Customer advised of new gas run.
Worcester boiler service. Apparently this boiler has been serviced every year by a company. Condensate trap removed for cleaning was absolutely caked up😰.
All cleaned out and customer advised of a major strip down service for next year.
