On Friday we picked up an award for our work helping develop apprenticeships at the Nachural Entrepreneurship Awards 2024.

A huge thank to our contracts managers and electricians for helping our apprentices in their developing careers!

We're proud to say we assisted Leicester City fan Group Union FS on Saturday with their annual foodbank drive, this time against QPR. Hundreds of fans donated food, clothing or cash to support homeless charity The Bridge Homelessness to Hope - Leicester.

Thank you to all who donated, The Bridge received 100s of necesary items and over £1000 in cash donations.

Last week was National Apprenticeship Week 2024. Our apprentices Ellie, River, Anne, Louie, Claire were busy both in and outside of Leicestershire working on a variety of projects.

At Glenfield Electrical we're huge advocates for apprenticeships. They are an invaluable part of the business - providing young people and those changing careers with the training and experience to become electricians.

Our apprentices' progression isn't just limited to getting qualified either.

2 of our 3 contract managers, Shaun and Amy both started as apprentices and now price and run our projects, up to £500k in value.

One of our biggest projects to date, delivering the electrics for the refurbishment of 46 flats in Loughborough with Scope Group.
