Hello!! :) I have a little bit of an announcement (prepare yourself, this is a little longer than my usual posts). Fresholi has always considered excellent customer service #1 priority & getting customer's order to them quickly really important and this has earned Fresholi a good reputation. At no point do I wish this to slip and I can see that external pressures are putting this at risk.

So that I can ensure the same level of good service, I am going to have to make a temporary change to operations temporarily, for the short to medium term.

The shop will be open as always, but I am having to put a limit on ordering slots, running from Friday lunchtimes through to 10am Sunday morning every week. The rest of the week, the shop will be free to browse but no orders can be placed (sorry).

I am very sorry if this will cause inconvenience. I plan for this to remain in place temporarily but for now, this will be the only way I can ensure the same level of service as I have always tried to give. :)

number 18 - Sell Yourself…..a little late again and a bit of catching up to do!

The best way I think of selling ourselves would be to say that our products are handmade with care using fresh ingredients. We make in small batches to ensure quality and creativity. Our ingredients are natural, we never use synthetic fragrances to scent or chemicals to colour our products…scents & colours all come from natural ingredients such as essential oils, dried herbs & flowers, powdered clays, spices & vegetable powders.

We do not use Palm oil, we are plastic free, zero waste, we use biodegradable & compostable where possible. Our production method uses very little energy - cold processed method of soap-making which is an old fashioned traditional method.

So we really do try to be kind on the skin & gentle on the environment

My sincerest and most enormous thank you to all of those who have sent such lovely, kind and supportive messages during this very difficult period. I am very touched and humbled.

Fresholi will be opening back up because I miss my customers and our wonderful interactions, but I am still trying to balance things so, for now, orders can only be placed from Saturday to Wednesday (noon), although you can still browse the shop/site at any time.

This should only be for a temporary period, just while I get back on my feet.
