The Parent-Child Connection is a parental wellbeing programme unlike any other.
We provide a well-planned, gentle, purposeful wellbeing programme that deals with all aspects of parental life.
This programme can be used with any adult or child. It does not matter how minor the issue is, or how big the issue is.

These techniques and tools can be used by all - from someone having nightmares to someone having extreme anxiety and medical diagnosis.

We can provide you with the best skills, tools and mindfulness techniques to work directly with any issues in a non-invasive way .

Any parent, who has been through a lifetime of struggle, cannot completely change in 5 weeks, but the change that does happen will be dramatic.

I have been taking part in this course over the past 8 weeks and once i have completed it I will become a facilitator in the parent child connection course as part of our training we have been put in to groups of 3 and will be running our own perant child connection course due to start friday15th March 10am on zoom .

Parent and child connection



Hi, I'm Lyndsey and I'm a mum of four kids and as you can imagine raising four kids has had its challenges over the years.

I was initially drawn to this course by wanting to understand connections with my own kids and how my parenting has effected their day to lives. I have 4 very different kids ranging from 14-24. Each living different lives and as you can imagine we have somewhat different connections. I have often felt mum guilt about how my behaviours have affected the kids and wanted to understand more and this course definitely has enlightened that.

The course so far has helped me understand how I've had connection issues with my own parents, faced abandonment issues and in turn how that has affected me as a parent. Our parenting has a ripple effect and our behaviours affect our children's. How we feel in ourselves can change their, emotions, actions and potentially anxiety and worry.

If you, like I was, are conscious of your child's behaviour, your relationships and worrying about their future. This course could also be for you. I have always had the intention of sharing my experiences in a way to help others. Once the course is fully completed, I will be a facilitator of the Parent and Child Connection course and will be able to offer this to you.

The course has already been established and it's been widely used within schools and shared with parents that are in need. It has already shown first hand how the positive impact has been transformational to families that have taken part.

If you think this is something that applies to you, I will be looking for families as part of my case studies within this course. I will be able to offer this course to you at a reduced rate. It will be working with you one day a week over 5 weeks from March this year.

Those of you who know me, know I have always focused on getting my Reiki Therapy up and running but always in the back of my mind I’ve known i want to do more. I’ve been quiet on my pages lately due to me expanding my skills. You will see I have been making wax melts, sizzlers and branching more into stalls.

2024 will continue to help me grow and me being able to offer more therapies. This will allow me to offer more services to help you heal in more ways. exciting things and new spaces to come.
