Happy 10th Birthday Studio 180!!!

We can’t believe the studio is 10 years old today. We are proud and privileged to have an amazing team of trainers and therapists and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them and everyone else who has been part of Studio 180 in one form or another. You have all contributed to its success and we are forever grateful.

The studio has grown and evolved so much and we promise to continue to look for ways to make Studio 180 even better. As such, we wanted to mark our 10 year anniversary with a new trendy and modern decor which we hope you all agree - looks amazing! We look forward to revealing further changes in the coming months

Are you a Personal Trainer?

Studio 180 currently has space for personal trainers looking for somewhere to train their clients.

You will be your own boss and in charge of your own fees and hours. But most importantly your clients remain YOURS.

Studio 180 operates on a pay per session basis with no minimum target and no monthly rents! Giving you a stress free environment and the flexibility to work at other locations if you wish.

If you want - Studio 180 can also help grow your client base and with over 40 years of experience between the owners (David & Briony) they are on hand for any help and advice needed.

Happy 8th Birthday Studio 180!!!

We can’t believe where those 8 years have gone! But we are so proud of how Studio 180 has developed and matured over those years. It’s getting better and better and with an increasing team we have even more equipment on its way next week!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our team (past and present) and their clients not forgetting the other studio users for making Studio 180 the place it is today. It’s been a challenging few years but we’ve made it through and we are excited for the next 8 years!

We would also like to thank our late business partner Marc who saw our passion and invested in us 8 years ago. We hope you are looking down on us Marc with pride. You are missed by us daily! We could not have asked for a better business partner. You watched from afar without judgement and you were often the voice of reason when we needed advice - thank you!

Are you a Personal Trainer??
We are currently experiencing a high demand for personal training and are in need of additional trainers to take on clients.

At Studio 180 we believe in helping out team grow their own PT businesses. We do this by providing trainers with a fantastic facility to operate from. Plus we don’t charge extortionate monthly rental fees. Instead we offer PAYG hire fees (with no minimum number). Our trainers have 24hr access to the studio allowing them to run their own diary to suit their own business. And the best part is - we also provide trainers with new clients!!

For the remainder of August & September 2021 we shall be waiving our new trainer set up fee (usually £50). If you are successful, we shall create a profile for you on our website and you will become an approved Studio 180 Trainer who will not only benefit from working at an awesome facility but will have the added bonus of receiving new clients.

Experience is preferable but not essential. However you must be minimum of Level 3 Personal Trainer and fully insured.

Happy 7th Birthday Studio 180!!

Where have those 7 years gone?!?! We would like to take this opportunity to remember Marc - our business investor who sadly passed away in December 2019. Marc believed in us and made Studio 180 possible. THANK YOU Marc! We would also like to thank the rest of the family who have supported us, wether this be through helping us fix things when they break or simply by being there when things have been tough!

Not forgetting a huge thank you to everyone who has been a part of Studio 180 (past and present - from clients to instructors, therapists and receptionists!)

We will be continuing with our covid secure systems including sign in and forehead temperatures on entry. We are also continuing with a reduced capacity of 4 trainers / clients at anyone time and our cardio equipment has been repositioned to allow 2 meter distancing. We also request you not to attend the studio if you feel unwell in any way at all. Thank you.
