You can hear the laughter when I added a progression to a step 🤣 we don’t take things too seriously in classes and you are definitely not expected to be able to do every step immediately! I do add some steps to challenge coordination and it feels so good once you get it 🤩

Tip of the week and my general guide to class life 🤣 What a week everyone! It really is a privilege and joy to see so many people in classes each week. This week 67 lovely members joined me which is incredible, well done for doing something so positive for yourself. (And not forgetting everyone doing the online challenge too!) If I didn’t see you in class this week, then I definitely missed you and hope to see you next week! Happy Friday all, Fiona xx
WalkFit is so fun!
Walkfit fun! I really enjoy recording Walkfit, it’s so different to my other classes because it’s more relaxed and I use continuous music and slowly build up routines (rather than to particular songs). It’s great fun and easy to follow, I think it’s ideal to do at home and get those steps up 👟
How did you find the class? I was quite nervous, so I hope everyone enjoyed it! Amazing that so many of you could join me, so I’ll definitely do a class in May. It’ll be 80s Dance Fit 💃
