I love these fairy tale mushrooms and look for them every autumn but I only seem to find half eaten ones…naughty animals eating them 🥰. Fly argaric in pastels.

I made the decision at weekend to quit my job and make me happy again….life has taught me to value my worth and be free from drama and toxicity, Something I endured for 30 years. Only foolish people mistake kindness for weakness! Onto pastures new and lots more time to pursue my passions and spend my time around animals and nature….food for the soul!

I took a photo of this blu tit in lovely winter light at the weekend. All the beech leaves on the tree were rust coloured and the light was dappled and soft. I don’t often like my own art work and far too self critical but I think this is my favourite I’ve done so far….blue tit in pastels

It’s not very often I see stoats whilst out in pursuit of wildlife opportunities but on this day I was treated to a little visitor whilst photographing garden birds. ❤️ ferocious little creatures despite how cute they are and can take down a rabbit no problem

When I went in pursuit of the red squirrels I found mushroom carnage on the forest floor after they had uprooted and nibbled them 😂 it was so funny. Love these charismatic creatures ❤️

I Love it when this little visitor comes out. I’ve not seen hedgehogs for a number of years but I’ve had 2 consecutive years of them coming in my garden so I’m hoping numbers are increasing ❤️. This is just a baby and has just turned up at my patio door for supper 🥰

I love the sound of cuckoos and trying to work out where they are, beautiful male cuckoo ❤️
