This conservatory roof had a leaky box gutter with multiple joints and repairs failed, so we replaced it for a cold flat roof with EPDM covering, new fascia’s and gutters, PIR insulation, vapour barrier and a plaster finish.

A top quality DuraPost fence in Sepia brown with a custom angled cut to increase height. Path slabs replaced with 450x900 porcelain tiles and finished with a charcoal Flowpoint grout.

🔐Old timber garage door replaced with a high security cottage style steel door and top panel to match. We also lowered the brickwork to create a lower step into the garage 🔐👌🏼

A revisit to a recent customer to install new field gates, posts and porcelain tiles on the steps.

Very little garden maintenance was the priority for this project. Aco drain installed to fence line and connected to SW drain. Under the carport was reinforced with a fibre mix and thicker bed for parking of a car. Finished with Flowpoint grout for strength and durability.
