Back to see one of our previous customers for his Ford transit 2.2..
Had problems with his egr and replaced with a new one, 2 months later same problem accrued.
So we blanked the egr and also added stage one software 👌

Taking it from 130 bhp and 350 nm,

To

165 bhp and 440 nm 👌

Nice and responsive now and no more egr fault 👊👌

Over to maghull on Tuesday for 4.2 liter v8 supercharged range rover over finch,
With an original bhp of 395 and 580 nm of torque it's already got a nice pull to it but are customer wanted a little bit more.

Adding stage one we get an extra 20 bhp and 30nm of torque.
It now shifts smoother threw the gears(auto box) and has a nice take off an also sounds more aggressive, wish I had the before an after sound.. Customer was very happy with the way the car performed and sounded 👌😉..

Ford fiesta 1.25 for a stage one remap yesterday..

These little fiestas are only 80 BHP stock..

And being an N/A engine, you don't really achieve big gains, but with that being said it will change how the car performs overall all with smoother gear changes an a little bit more pull...

Taking this from a standard..

80 BHP and 110 NM..

To..

90 BHP and 125 NM..

We are looking for a big overall MPG gain from this, and hope to hear back in a week or so with results to show..

Over to Aintree yesterday for one of are local businesses, VW T6 after a stage one remap to help give the van alot more pull when fully loaded.

These VW's have a Delphi DCM6.2 ECU, which can be done via OBD so no need to remove the ecu..

Taking this lovely T6 from standard,

150 BHP and 320 NM...

To.

195 BHP and 410 NM..

Vauxhall astra 1.7

customer stating the car wasn't very responsive and had a lot of flat spots. Also the customer asked for an EGR delete to help their car perform better.

By blanking off the EGR(exhaust gas recirculation) valve you remove all the unburnt fuel going back into engine, which allows your vehicle to perform better and help prevent any poor running and also helps the turbo spool up better.

Taking this vauxhall astra from a standard 110 BHP and 260 NM...

Too..

150 BHP and 330 NM..

Customer was happy with the performance and response from the car, saying all the dead spots had been removed 👏👏

VW SCIROCCO before and after a stage one remap..
The customer said his max MPG was 42mpg..

5 mpg extra with a lot more power...

Range Rover for diagnostics on a battery drain problem,

H-vac a/c unit at fault, failed resister within the unit. These really are a common fault for these old Range Rovers, the resister fails an the internal fan stays on an drains the battery over night.
Just finding a replacement now...

Diagnostics done on a vw passat sent to me through our local garage, found glow plugs are at fault and also a blocked dpf.
Advised the customer to have the glow plugs changed an regenerated the dpf.

No more sluggish driving 👍

Went to see are winner from are competing yesterday... Customer stated they wanted more power and a better throttle response as it was lacking to pull out at junctions. So we done all are usual checks, and everything was all good for us to go a head a remap this vechicle.

While are new file was being written for this exact vechicles ecu and calibrations, we popped out are carbon clean machine to clear up any built up carbon round the throttle body and the rest of the engine.

We took this stock vechicle from

113 bhp and 270 nm of torque

Too.....

147 bhp and 325 nm of torque

All done within are time frame quoted ⌚.. I can report the customer is over the moon with how responsive and powerful the car now is.. We will check back soon for a mpg update from are winner.. -max

It's are last day for a February package deal, everything will be back to normal tomorrow including prices on call out fee's to be introduced even if your car fails a health check . 😊.

We are also looking in to the finance option as we get a fair few people asking about it.

Over to bootle on Tuesday for a stunning skoda octavia vrs 2ltr Petrol..

Andy took out are February package deal which includes a free health check and a carbon clean to remove any built up carbon deposits 👌☑️

During the carbon clean we removed a fair amount of carbon from the engine as we both could see from all the white smoke it was kicking out.

We remapped this car to stage one as requested by are customer, we also done a swirle flap delete 👌.

197 BHP and 280 NM of torque...

262 BHP and 423 NM of torque...

Giving are customer an extra 65 BHP and an extra 143 NM of torque 😉👌 that's some Nice gains...

Are February offer is nearly finished now, so book in before all the spaces go..

Over to runcorn today for diagnostic work... BMW with a halo light problem...

After a bit of digging with a multimeter and are top of the range diagnostic tool, we found that the customer had fitted L. E. D bulbs which as most people know need coding in as there is a change in voltage and the car will stop sending power to the bulb.

So we fitted some original bulbs and re programmed the vechicle. ..

And boom we have light 🌟🌟 👌 another happy customer...

Nice little trip over to Wallasey yesterday for a BMW M-Sport for a customer that has taken out our February package deal..

Upon inspection we found a few faults one being the air breather pipe,the seal has gone and it is creating a small vacuum leak, thanks to are smoke leak tester it was easy to pinpoint..

We used our new Autotuner tool which done the read an write process in a wiff whaff 😉

On are test drive the customer was over the moon with the response and power instantly from the touch of the pedal 😉👌👌

Custom remaps and carbon cleaning, also full diagnostics

Took a little trip over to Cheshire on Monday for a customers Renault Laguna, customer was having problems with turbo lag an lack of power from a stand still.

No problems upon inspection, so we went a head with reading the ecu.

Included with are package is a free carbon clean which was performed while the new stage one file was being written.

Adding an extra 48 BHP and 108 NM of torque to this renault gives the customer the confidence to pulling out at junctions and also the power from a stand still position.

This will also give a little increase in MPG, the customer will let us know in a few weeks.

2020 has been one of the worst starts to a year ,with tools not working , to the boiler breaking an then my car sh****ng an injector and finding a new place too live , so i apologize to any one i have not replied or helped .

we have managed to do a few cars so far inbetween all this mess .

we have a vauxhall astra 1.3 which the customer use's for his job and wanted more power so he could pull out at any junction knowing he had the power to do so an not be hesitant.

we also went and done a lovely rang rover as the customer wanted more MPG as they are thirsty, but upon inspection i noticed it had an injector seal leak , the customer still wanted me to go a head as the engine was under warranty from a rebuild last year .

hopefully soon we will be back on track an fully operational 24/7 .

BMW 5 series 520d, customer asked about more MPG gains as it will be used as a taxi. Using are economy remap you also get an little extra power aslo 👌

With every remap you aslo get a free carbon as it cleans out any possible build up of carbon deposits within the engine.
