The Bees Knees is a Prohibition Era cocktail made with gin, fresh lemon juice and honey. We serve them shaken and chilled with a lemon twist.

It was invented by Frank Meier, the first head bartender at the Ritz in Paris in 1921, when its Cafe Parisian opened its doors. Ooh la la!

Come and give one (or 2 😜) a try Wednesday-Sunday. Along with our other cocktails they’re 2-4-£10 6PM ‘til 8PM.
