Avoid the same mistakes i made
Being in a calorie deficit can look simple but i understand it can be confusing!
Hopefully this makes it easier.
Donāt make the same mistakes I did

We take our health for granted when we are young
The older we get, the more of a commodity we realise it is

I know firsthand how it feels to struggle with your body!
I grew up as a skinny kid in the UK and lacked confidence in myself.
So, I started working out & saw some results early on.
While I made progress, it never felt like enough.
I began restricting food and became obsessed with staying as lean as possible.
No matter what I looked like, I never felt satisfied.
As I grew older, I started going to the gym and saw even more results, but the feeling of dissatisfaction remained.
Iāve been through it all whether skinny or chubby
With time, I realised that chasing perfection wasnāt the answer.
Thatās why I became a personal trainer and created

You should be training and eating for the RIGHT reasons.
If youāre not, it wonāt last, and youāll end up right back where you started.
Iāve coached countless people, and those who fall off first are ALWAYS the ones burning themselves out.
They diet to be as skinny as possible or work out to punish themselves for a bad diet week.
Let me tell you, that approach doesnāt work.
Change your mindset. Train to get stronger and mentally tougher.
Eat to fuel your body, and aim to be 1% better every day.
You donāt need to be perfect, but that 1% adds up. Trust me. š
