Ambient is a charity supporting people with mental health & learning Disabilities. Our Horticulture Project is a place for volunteers to learn new practical and social skills, gain self-confidence, keep fit and improve their mental wellbeing.
The project is based in Bromley and overseen by a Project Horticulturalist.

Ambient Support’s Statement on the death of Her Majesty The Queen
It is with great sadness that we hear the news of Her Majesty The Queen’s passing.
On behalf of everyone at Ambient Support - our Board of Trustees, our Management and our Care Teams - we offer our sincere condolences to the whole Royal Family at this very sad time.
As a mark of respect and to observe a period of mourning and reflection, we will be entering a period of quiet on our social media channels and our communications over the next 10 days.

Today Ambient CEO Mark Milton visited the Branching Out Hub along with some of the other Mental Health services.
The Branching Out team had the opportunity to have a chat with Mark and also check out some of the variety of fruit & vegetables currently in the garden.

🌿Welcome to the page of Branching Out, Ambient's horticulture and gardening project. We change lives by improving the mental wellbeing of people that volunteer to take part.
🌿 Volunteers learn new skills by completing commissioned gardening and maintenance services. It is especially suited to those will lived experience of mental ill-health.
🌿 Operating from its horticulture and gardening hub, the project is led by a small team of trained staff. Taking part is great for mental and physical wellbeing, and it can help people increase in confidence and gain skills for future employment.
