Massive congratulations to former Performance Athletes Dina Asher-Smith, Imani-Lara Lansiquot and Laviai Nielsen who all won medals at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Congratulations to TASS Supported Athlete Rose Harvey, who has qualified for the Olympics!

Rose says โ€œItโ€™s been incredible having access to the TASS scheme at Kingโ€™s this year. Kingโ€™s Campus Cycle Tour 2024!

Explore Kingโ€™s campuses and try a bike for free (including free cycling training)

Want to get to know King's campuses? Want to increase your active travelling? Unsure about cycling in the city?

Cycling is a great way to get active and to get around London. However, it can be daunting to cycle in London with lots of other traffic on the roads.

Join this guided cycle tour around Kingโ€™s campuses led by Kingโ€™s Sport & Wellness, Kingโ€™s Climate & Sustainability and Cycle Confident. Bikes (including e-bikes) will be provided FREE of charge by Swapfiets for the afternoon and youโ€™ll learn the rules of the road and tips for staying safe whilst cycling. This year we will be offering an additional cycle training course for anybody who is not yet confident enough to get straight onto the road.

Kingโ€™s Sport delivers a range of opportunities for students to get involved in sport and physical activity, with an ambition to be the most active university in London.

Currently Kingโ€™s Sport engages over 15,000 people across itโ€™s various programmes. We run social sport sessions through our BeActive programme, all the way to supporting top performing athletes through our University Sports Scholarships. We also operate a number of gyms, located at our Strand, Waterloo and London Bridge campuses and across selected Halls of Residence.
