Fresh from The Guardian's workshop, thrilled to have behavioural change specialist and author of The Kindness Method Shahroo Izadi on today's 🎙️

So many of us go about life with that critical voice in our heads. Thankfully, Shahroo and host Rebecca Seal get to the heart of what causes this intrusive worrying in the latest episode of The Solo Collective.

They discuss mindful practices and how self-compassion and (you guessed it!) kindness can be invaluable when it comes to thwarting that inner critic.
