Lucinda will be sharing some of the newest research on the gut-brain connection, that EVERYONE needs to know about; Patrick Melville, our local mental health expert and cancer survivor will be talking about his journey back to health and tips to keep you mentally strong; and I will share how improving your alignment and movement can alleviate pain, and bring benefits to all aspects of your life.
