Yee Sang Salad (หยี่ซัง), also known as the Prosperity Toss, is a traditional Lunar New Year sharing salad designed to be shared between 2-3 people. It features bream and jellyfish sashimi served with julienned vegetables, noodles and pomelo and is finished with a kumquat, soy and chilli sesame oil dressing. Each ingredient symbolises prosperity, wealth, luck and abundance for the new year.
