CHEESEMAS DAY 10: ANGIDDY Yes there is only 10 day to Cheesemas this year. We started a little late 🤭 Back to Angiddy, this buttery soft cheese is made with rich Jersey milk. This milk gives the paste a lovely yellow colour. Not the strongest of soft cheeses in our fridge this is a top pick for baking with some.gqrlic and rosemary. 10% off tomorrow!

CHEESEMAS DAY 4 : ABATY This raw milk soft cheese with similarities to Brie was such a hit last year that we had to mention it again! Abaty is made in very small batches by Rodger in his Micro-dairy near Aberystwyth. And though we have stocked up on it this year due to uts popularity. If you want to be sure to have some, don't hold off picking it up as this is guaranteed to fly out the fridge. 10% off Abaty tomorrow 🧀🧀
CHEESEMAS DAY 3 ROLLRIGHT This is a truly gooey treat. Similar to the French cheese Reblochon, but with the extra earthy flavour thanks to the spruce bark it's wrapped in. This is the only animal rennet cheese we have. We exclusively sell vegetarian rennet cheeses. This one made it into our order somehow 10% off this impressive 🧀 tomorrow!
