The processing of glove insert. recently months, the main processing working is for glove and goggles mould. Hope our Humans can defeat the -19 soon. we like to produce common daily or industry products, thats means there is no in our world any more.

this is processing. this processing will be finished tomorrow, then we will do next step. this will be finished in 3 weeks, and test the mould in to get the sample for customer cofnirmation.

To introduce how the making and then used for production. first we finished the mould design, and make the flow analysis, then is mould making, and test, if it's ok, we will do the production. this mould is an old mould, we need do some flash processing after the production. i think we will need to make a new one to instead of this old die casting die. and then this one can have a rest, becasue it's really working so long time.
