This is definitely a late post. It should've been done at least a couple of weeks ago so I apologise for this. Does anyone remember the flood we had last summer? Well the same pipes are now causing us a massive problem and being situated in the basement where our kitchen is we just Don't seem to be able to sorted out. We genuinely thought it will be a matter of a few days or maximum a week but it looks like that's not the case and this will take a lot longer. At the moment we're literally not able to use the kitchen in any way and possibly have to relocate it upstairs if this mission turns out impossible. I know how disturbing this is for all but trust me, it really isn't easier for us 😔 At this point even if I would love to open those doors tomorrow, I need to be realistic and hope we'll at least sort it out in order to open early September. I will update you all once we get close to having it ready 🙏

I haven't updated the page since my last post as things just got worse. Unfortunately our daughter ended up spending some time in hospital due to some nasty stomach virus that's been affecting most our family members. Thankfully she's so much better now and recovering well due to the amazing care she's been receiving from NHS staff at Whipps Cross Hospital. By the way staff have mentioned it's a lot of these situations throughout children lately, so be careful and stay safe 🙏

Sadly, running a family business does imply having to close sometimes when we encounter such situations where our family needs all our attention. So, I do apologise for any inconvenience we might've caused to anyone by having the restaurant closed these last couple of days.

Good news is that we're open as normal today from 5pm and can't wait to see some new and some familiar faces 💚
