We've had so many people message and ask us questions about it all we thought it would be easier to stick it all in one big post.

After 24th February, for big balloon orders and events our pals are wonderful and we'd love you to support Paras and his family run business. He will deliver and he's promised to take care of all our big balloon customers!

Over the last 15 years we've had the honour and joy of bringing birthday, party & dressing up dreams to life.
We've watched your kids grow up, go off to secondary school, uni, have their own families. We've helped you celebrate your big birthdays (some more enthusiastically than others), anniversaries and other huge achievements.
In our old shop, we saved many grown ups the night before a forgotten school dress up day, kitted out shows and extravaganzas.
We've dressed Elvis and Madonnas galore, more Where's Wallys than we care to recall and let's not start on Harry and Hermione!
We bossed Halloween, the best season of the year, embraced the chaos and the queues and thrived on the spooky buzz.
We've plotted some of the biggest and bestest parties, from
0-100.
We've worked with some awesome partners and venues & have made some gorgeous friends.

I've had the best teams of phenomenal balloon fairies, past & present, that have been on this journey with me. These beauties need their own post, which will come.
For me, parting ways with my phenomenal Penny & Jess, will be the hardest part.
I can't not mention our Saturday fairies, Milly and Charlotte too.
Articulating that bit ain't so easy...
Being part of this community is a privilege which we're full of gratitude for. We love that we know so many of you and your families. We look forward to your visits and hearing your news.
We've also loved sharing our news with you but this bit of news is the biggie.
The time has come for us to say 'the party's over'.
The high street is an incredibly tough place to be for most independent retailers and we have felt this in a big way.
We'll be closing our doors for the last time towards the end of February.

We need to clear as much stock as possible, so as from now we are having a mammoth sale - IN STORE ONLY.
*The only thing we haven't put into sale is inflated balloons and weights*.
You can still order balloons up to and including Sat 24th February.

We'll be frequently reminding you to come and buy all your party stuff for upcoming whole year at 50% off between now and our final day.

It's December!

Today is Thanksgiving.
We don't really celebrate it in this country but it seems like a great day to be grateful for the fab team of warriors who make this palace tick.
It's also a big opportunity to point out that behind every creation is a person/ team who put their absolute heart and soul into making your balloon dream come true. That's what is all about. We're in because we really really care and because we love what we do.

This could be our most favourite set up yet.

We had a simple brief of 'yellow' and a fabulous venue at Richmond Gymnastics Association.
The yummy and beautifully presented food came from The Sheen Kitchen team.

Today was all about smiles in our community.

We LOVED putting all the balloons together for Today's Halloween festivities.

There are so many people to thank but our love goes out to the following for just being beyond brilliant.

We were so excited to finally build a cute Halloween Demi arch for !
They LOVE Halloween passionately and also love balloons.
With a week of spooky classes and camps this is the perfect frame for their Halloween selfies!

Not only is October our busiest month of the year because of the spooky season it's also a busy Birthday month for the team...
The Happiest of Birthdays to our Jess! She is the one that keeps us ticking! The boss of making balloon garlands, organising paperwork, inspiring our food choices and whispering all the animals!

We celebrated on Saturday with cake obvs and today she's out there somewhere visiting some animals in true Jess style!

We have a couple of Sunday openings starting on 22nd October and a couple of slightly longer days leading into the big nights.

We're looking for a couple of keen Halloween lovers to help out at an event on Saturday 28th October locally.
You should love dressing up and be willing to bring your most fun, spooky, people loving self to a family friendly event.
The event is outdoors and will involve engaging with people all day so bubbly and confident vibes are what we're after.

One of our most supportive, lovely, cheerleader customers asked us to rustle a Barbie themed balloon garland up to be delivered last week and we were only too pleased to embellish the lady in pink and help a 6 year old dream come alive!

Sleepy Summer is over and we're back to full throttle from tomorrow morning. 🎈🎈🎈

What are the chances of having a Summer Party in September which turns out to be the hottest day of the year?!
We were so chuffed to be asked to help again and this very gorgeous room is a gift!
If you look closely in the background you can see just how close to Westfields we are!

So to sum up...wonderful client, stunning location, boiling hot day and if you swipe to the last photo you'll see that Penny was back to give it her special touch. 🤗

We need an extra pair of hands, mainly on Wednesdays...spread the word if you think you know a potential balloon fairy!

We haven't closed our doors for a break in the Summer since pre pandemic times and last year was a reminder that it's very quiet around these parts when you all go away so we're joining you this year and we'll be back bright and full of creativity on 8th August.

We won't be checking our DMs and will be having a good old insta cleanse but will be all over it on our return!
