We had the pleasure of visiting these 2 properties owned by one of South France Villas first ever owners, we have been renting their properties for nearly 24 years now! Pezenas is a charming market town in the South of France with a beautiful medieval and Renaissance centre, narrow winding streets are bursting with artisan shops, art galleries, restaurants and cafes, not forgetting the colourful market on Saturday mornings.

Excellent Villa. An idyllic setup with lovely pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. This makes for fantastic outdoor living and we basically lived outside rather than in the main house or the pool house accommodation. The main kitchen is also well equipped. Space for two cars parked on the drive. The hosts were very friendly and really looked after us which was much appreciated. Easy access to Agde and supermarkets, easy walk to the beach, 30 mins to Beziers, 60 mins to Montpellier.
