Alzheimer’s runs in the family on both sides, my dad is already getting abit forgetful so I thought I better start educating myself in this subject 👀 This book had really good reviews on Amazon. What I have learnt so far is it’s glucose that fuels your brain, when your brain stops being able to process glucose parts of your brain start to die & you end up with Alzheimer’s or dementia. What this book tells you is if you add ketones to your diet, the ketones can fuel your brain instead of the glucose. Coconut oil has ketones in it 🥥 the coconut oil won’t completely fix the brain however if you have several spoons of coconut oil throughout the day you will keep the ketone levels up therefore fuelling the brain and the brain will function alot better. Bare in mind it’s recommended you start off having a couple of teaspoons a day & working your way up to several tablespoons. If Alzheimer’s runs in your family then you could take coconut oil before it begins. Prevention is better then cure as they say. It’s very interesting & well worth a read if this is something that runs in your family.

Ladies I have discovered something that is great for back pain and that is protein powder ☺️ I started off drinking it after work outs for sore muscles and discovered it also works for sore backs ☺️ give it ago but be careful which one you buy as some of them are super high calories which if your not trying to bulk up will make you gain weight. This diet one from boots is great!
