So, this is my go to when I feel like something naughty but it's actually much better and healthier than a takeaway. Firstly, I use a dry pan to fry my steak, no oil and less than a minute each side. They are marinated in mustard powder and Worcestershire sauce. Then add them to a subway style sub - with anything you like; fried Onions, peppers, cheese, etc.. I made some airfry chips and used low fat mozzarella on top. In honesty no oil was added to my dish than what is already in the ingredients themselves.
