Did you say more pricing changes at X (formerly Twitter)?

X has rolled out a new $16/month Premium Plus plan. For those with deeper pockets and a penchant for boosted replies, this plan offers the "largest reply boost." And, as a cherry on top, it sweeps away ads from your 'For You' and 'Following' feeds. A detailed feature-list can, of course, be found on their official page. Building upon the benefits of X's classic Premium (Twitter Blue in its past life), subscribers get the "sought-after" blue checkmark, the long-awaited ability to edit tweets (yes, you read that right), extended posts, lengthier video uploads, encrypted direct messages, and then some.

But, X has also thrown a "Basic" option into the mix for $3/month. But don’t expect all the bells and whistles. This plan won't give you a golden ticket to verification — no blue checkmark here. Subscribers will only receive a "modest nudge" for their replies and must still bear with ads and forgo access to X's media studio... sounds worth it.
