Fusilione alla Genovese: Genovese meaning slow cooked is our homage to the Neopolitan classic - Fusili pasta made fresh in-house, coated in a braised lamb ragu and garnished with cauliflower puree.
A light and refreshing starter that encompasses all textures, our Insalata di Tonno - Confit Calabrian tuna, made in-house, accompanied by a bed of fresh Piedmont borlotti with a sweet corn and pickled onion salad.

Farfalle Ripiene, a homage to Italian tradition - handcrafted pasta filled with Sicilian ricotta, broccoli puree and sauteed escarole, a traditional Italian vegetable native to Sicily, cultivated by the Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans for centuries, it was originally used as a salad green.
Our Torta Di Formaggio pairs perfectly with Tunella's Picolit, a wine made from the Picolit grape, hailing from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of Northeast Italy. This Picolit offers delicate flavours of honeycomb, ripe peach, and white figs with a lingering finish.

A commitment to offering an authentic Italian experience in the heart of London runs through the core of our restaurant. With fresh ingredients imported weekly from Italy, we take pride in serving a true taste of Italy's diverse regions within the intimate setting of our London dining room.
Burrata finds its roots in the early 20th century, traditionally made by hand, with skilled cheesemakers forming the outer shell of mozzarella and then filling it with stracciatella. We honour this heritage, by pairing our Apulien burrata with fresh peas, peashoot, mint, hazelnuts and lemon for a delicate fusion of flavours.
With its roots in the Etruscan period, pasta making originally involved a simple flour and water mixture kneaded into a dough and then dried in the sun. Our chefs follow centuries of tradition, crafting fresh pasta in-house using techniques perfected by Sfoglina for a truly authentic experience.
