Check out this delicious spring vegetable tart we created in collaboration with Nushfoods! Vegan, Gluten-Free and 2 of your five a day - what could be better! ---- Recipe: πΆ 2 packs Cumin and Chilli Savoury Biscuit π§1 pack Nush Vegan cream cheese π Β½ jar Tomato Pesto (vegan optional, can use a thick tomato sauce as well) π± 3 courgettes π₯ 2 carrots π« 3 tbsp olive oil π§ Pinch of salt π§ Balsamic glaze (Optional) Method: To make your crust: - Grease an 8" cake tin (preferably one with a removable bottom) - Cut out a circular piece of baking paper to place at the base of the tin - Grab all 12 Savoury Biscuit dough pucks, place them on top a large sheet of baking paper and combine them into one large dough ball - Place another sheet of baking paper on top, and use a rolling pin - Roll the dough out to a circle slightly larger than the tin - Place the dough into your tin and bake 170c for 15minutes Add your filling: - Remove the par-baked crust from the oven - Gently press the centre of the tart down with the back of the spoon to create a deeper space for your fillings - Add ΒΎ cup of cream cheese - Add 2 Tbsp of Tomato pesto - Begin adding your ribbons of vegetable - It helps to roll the first few ribbons in your hand like a cigar - Repeat wrapping the ribbons until it meets the edge of the crust - Top with 1 Β½ Tbsp sticky balsamic glaze (or honey) and a generous brush of olive oil Baking: - Cover the tart with tin foil - Bake 1 hour - Remove and bake without foil for 6 minutes To serve: - Allow to cool for 8-10 minutes, - Then release the tart - Gently and confidently slide onto a flat plate or serving board - Top with more Balsamic Glaze and Tomato Pesto Enjoy!π₯ #bakers #bakersofinstagram #bakersgonnabake #crumbshot #breakfastidea #brunching #brunchgoals #brunchlife #celiaclifestyle #celiacblogger #tart #savouryrecipe #savoury #dinner #dinnerrecipes #dinnertable #dinneridea #easydinnerrecipes #dinnerideas #healthydi
Mascarpone Strawberry and Raspberry Ice Cream Cake - taking cookie dough and Ice Cream to another level! We are OBSESSED with this recipe and we know you'll love it too! Salted Caramel Banoffee Cream Pie - sweet, sticky and scrumptious ππ This mouth-watering recipe was created in collaboration with @carnation_uk and their delicious caramel! Paired alongside our salted caramel cookie dough, they make the perfect base for this dessert - soft but firm! π€© Recreate this recipe, all ingredients available on Ocado! π -- Recipe: Ingredients πͺ 2 packs Doughlicious Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate Cookie Dough πͺ 500ml double cream πͺ 1 can NestlΓ© Carnation Caramel πͺ A Pinch of salt πͺ 2 bananas Method: π Preheat your oven to 165c Top and Bottom heat π Grease an 8inch Tart ring π Place a piece of parchment on a flat surface baking tray π Place your tart ring onto your lined bake tray Making the Cookie Tart πͺ Combine your dough pucks into a big dough ball πͺ Form the cookie dough into your tin creating an even circle, donβt worry about creating the edges of the tart yet πͺ Bake for 20-25minutes πͺ Remove from the oven and immediately use a base of a cup to create a tart shape πͺ Allow to cool before removing from the tart ring Make the filling: π Pour your double cream, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of caramel sauce into a large ball π Whip the cream until semi-stiff then pour half into 2 separate bowls π Add β of the caramel sauce into one of the bowls and mix well π Place both cream bowls in the fridge to chill π Chop your bananas into 1cm chunks and set aside Assemble the tart πͺ Release the tart from the tin making sure the cookie is cooled πͺ First add β of the caramel sauce at the base of the tart πͺ Add the whipped caramel cream and layer all the chopped banana pieces on top πͺ Top the tart with as much of the remaining cream (you may want to to re-whip it so itβs a firm topping) πͺ Finish with swirls of caramel sauce for the ultimate Banoffee Cream Pie! #saltedcaramel #banoffee #banoffeepie #cookiedough #desserts #dessert #
