Solstice blessings from Stone Henge ✨🌞🌙
The most magical veil of mist rose up around in the early hours of this morning which was utterly mesmerising 🌅
Spotted these hot pink Foxgloves (Digitalis purpurea) on my woodland run yesterday and had to take a pic to capture their beauty 🩷
I’ve always wondered about their name Foxglove…
It’s believed that that fox part most likely originated from the word ‘folk’ as in fairy folk 🧚 and glove from the Anglo-Saxon Gliew, a musical instrument consisting of many small bells. So perhaps once upon a time the name Foxglove actually meant Fairy Bells!
I love all the weird and wonderful nicknames for our native plants…Foxglove has so many too; Fairy Caps, Fairy Gloves, Fairy Thimbles, Fairy Herb, Fairybells, Fairy-fingers, Goblin Gloves, Fairy Petticoats, Fairyweed. Definitely a magical plant of the fairies 🧚
We were blessed with the most idyllic summer sunshine for our final plant presentation with to wrap up the most wonderfully creative learning over the course of the last year 🧙
I’ve been passionate about plants and wildlife since u can remember, but this has opened my eyes to a deeper way of connecting and learning about the intelligence of our plant allies 🌿
Earlier in the course we each selected a card from their herb oracle deck, and to my delight that card was Lady’s mantle - Alchemilla vulgaris. This beautiful little plant captured my attention a long time ago, in fact I even had it in my wedding bouquet and it’s been a favourite in my garden ever since 💚
Nicknamed The Little Alchemist and The Little Magical One, it holds many alchemical secrets and assists with numerous ailments for women’s health. It’s dewy magical droplets sparkle like diamonds inside its velvety scallop shaped leaves, keeping these sacred droplets protected. The Fairies collect and drink these magical droplets which are to be an elixir of youth 🧚
Happy Friday everyone 🫶 What a beautiful misty morning to wake up to, all the hazy summer feels 🌞

{As above and so below} the recent energies of this solar eclipse and not to mention Chiron conjunct with North Node in Aries ♈️ I’ve been witnessing an emotional rollercoaster and I have an inkling it’s not quite over yet. There’s been an interesting resolve to some of these highly charged emotional situations, which have transpired to be extremely revealing, shadows have been illuminated and in turn there’s been resolve and healing 💞
The Solar Eclipse is also conjunct to Chiron, famously known as the ‘wounded healer’ in mythology, rejected at birth for being a centaur (half horse) and then hit by one of Hercules’ poisoned arrows, he was taught the healing arts by the God Apollo. Chiron represents our deepest wound in life, but also the transformation of turning this hurt and pain into a powerful gift when this wound is embraced and transmuted 💞
Thank you .lingua for this beautiful artwork ✨
Eclipse season is proving to be a bit of an emotional roller coaster, bringing old wounds to the surface and revealing certain truths to a situation, which can be emotionally challenging.

This magical dreamy Pisces weather has got me feeling like ✨✨✨ ruled by Neptune, the God of the ocean, vast and free flowing.
Represented by 2 fish swimming in opposite directions, bringing about change (mutable) and ready for a new cycle, as would be expected from the last sign of the zodiac, it makes perfect sense 💫
A little magic coming your way…✨✨✨
Imbolc blessings from Somerset 🌱🦢🐍
So excited to get in the garden, there is new life awakening and emerging after a long slumber.
Imbolc celebrates new beginnings and beginning of spring and also called St. Brigid’s Day.
I love delving into ancient mythology and was wondering why the swan is so much associated with Brigid. As guardians and keepers of the mysteries, swans were known as one of the sacred birds of Britain and indeed hold a great importance to these lands. And while Brigid is sometimes depicted as a milk maid (the sacred white cow being another of her sigils) she is the bringer of nourishment and this plentiful flow of milk is in fact associated with the Milky Way, the celestial stream which flows across the night sky. It’s also in February when many of our swans start to migrate after winter, flying south, like the constellation of Cygnus along the Milky Way.
Thank you to for this beautiful swan capture 🦢
Already feeling the magic from the first full moon of 2024 in courageoous and proud Leo ♌️
Let go of feelings of low self esteem and have the courage to release anything which isn’t true to what you stand for, listen to your heart 💗 this will allow the space for what is meant for you.
When I meditated this morning the sun was beaming in my window and I kept seeing a pink orb aura with a green/turquoise centre to it, it followed my gaze for ages…the colours of the heart chakra, a message to follow your heart 💗💚💗

Worshipping the full moon in Cancer ♋️ the waves gently swishing against the shore under the light of its ethereal glow, from a tropical beach in the Philippines (just below the Tropic of Cancer), inhabited by the most crabs I’ve ever seen and staying here with my family and extended family…you couldn’t really get more Cancerian in essence ♋️🦀🌊🌕💞 Perfect opportunity to release under its feminine magic.

Solstice blessings everyone ✨ I’m looking forward to seeing the sunrise in the morning on this darkest of days. The wonderful is howling out there tonight, perhaps the gods are trying to tell us something?!
The word “solstice” comes from the Latin word for sun, sol and sistere, to stand…so it translates as ‘The day the sun stands still’. It marks the 12 day feast of Yule 🎄

It’s been such a busy week or so and feeling so grateful for all the orders and support, thank you so much everyone 🎄 I’ll be adding more bath salts to the site later, so please do take a look if you’re stuck for gifts! The elves are still busy making here in Somerset. Might even find some time to make a wreath and get a bit crafty this weekend too.
So blessed to live this life with so much happening in the world right now, I don’t think I’ve ever felt more thankful. Love to all the children and families around the world who are suffering, you are in my thoughts and prayers ❤️
