FIXTURES UPDATE X Friends, I have some great news to share with you this week. First, I'd like to say well done to all who turned out at training on Thursday. The sessions were both excellent and the women put the men to shame with a fantastic turnout for this stage in the season. We have two more sessions left before Christmas, so I'd highly recommend getting down to Bermondsey for some fitness and fun. Secondly, in a Black Friday "2 for 1" offer of good news, it appears that the bunch of "lovable" rogues who we call the M3s were captured on camera last week. I've included one particular highlight below - a vignette capturing the speed, skill, sobriety and tactical awareness for which the Academicals are renowned. If this wasn't an advert for training attendance, I'm not sure what is (c.f. item one). In other news, the M2 and L2 have a week off, which leaves the L1 to continue their impressive recent form in the lunchtime start at CoLA, followed by the return of the aforementioned M3 (spectators are advised to arrive early). The M1 have a short trip up to West Hampstead, where a tough challenge awaits against 2nd in the league.
