We’ve worked with @chathamhouse_org since 2012, on projects that have set new benchmarks in their digital output. 15 years ago tomorrow, Applied Works officially opened for business. Whilst the partners had already been working together in Hoxton Square over the preceding months, 25th February 2005 is the closest thing we have to a birthday as it’s the date we registered with Companies House. Big shout out to @smallhandsean and @hazel_rattigan who as Value and Service helped us come up with our name. 🙇 Look out for more birthday related posts over the next couple of weeks! #AW15 🎂
Inside Black Mirror: Chapter Openers
We’ve really enjoyed working with Zoë Bather on Inside #BlackMirror, the first official book about the cult Netflix sci-fi series. We developed four code-based filters to manipulate images and motifs across 19 chapter openers, one for each episode. The book is out today! apld.ws/blackmirror
