We had a blast! Thank you all for coming!🎉 We couldn't have done this year without a few amazing human beings. The Ukranian kitchen team - they've been amazing, with us from day one and still rolling. Thank you ladies. @janamiseva79 and @tanyaeftal - thank you dear friends for all your hard work since January. Blessed to have friends like you. Front of house - my beautiful young adults - this was/is their first job and they've come far. They run our business the best they can while I am taking care of our 10 month baby. Proud of you. Still more to learn, but we will get there. The best cakes in the world - our pastry chef Vita, friend and more @londoncakesandbakes. @lauralalis for taking the big burden of my chest and doing an amazing job with our social media since Jan 2024 thank you, Wood Street Studios tenants, for bearing with us and all the noise we caused while creating this space. You are our star among all the women. 🫶 Thank you, @niamhsaint, for looking after this space as I would do it. ❤️ Thank you, family, friends, neighbours, and locals, for dining with us and supporting a small family business. We need you to carry on and thrive. ❤️ And I am also thanking myself for managing to stay sane this year, running a restaurant via WhatsApp mainly, looking after a tiny human, learning to let go and growing as a person. Not sure how I've done it, it is all a blur. It has been a tough year, eventful, crazy, beautiful, scary year, but we are here now, and hopefully for many more.
