When Pam & Tony first approached us to be their wedding coordinators, I was touched by their love for each other and their excitement for the big day. They where at a stage were they had done all they could do and where in need of guidance to fill in the gaps and to sort out the decor & venue styling. Once married, life starts happening and it comes at you so fast. Staying connected can become hard. So never stop dating each other, make plans and don’t stop spending time together.
You may feel like you’ll run out of ideas, so why not ask your wedding guests. A date night jar or box can have some interesting suggestions ☺️

“Roora/lobola" in the local Shona language 🇿🇼, is the customary token given by the groom-to-be to his future in-laws. It’s a Zimbabwean traditional marriage custom. It is seen as a token of appreciation to the bride's parents for raising a daughter.

Tradition is something very close to my heart and to think a year ago today was my Roora Day.

To think that this time last year we had restrictions on how many guests could attend a wedding or event and they had to sit with members of their bubble.

I often get asked by couples if a pre-wedding shoot is worth having and I always say yes it is.
1. It gives you a chance to build a rapport with your chosen photographer.
2. You figure out your good side and those killer poses that make you both look stunning.
3. You have some great photos that you can use before and after your wedding day.
4. You feel more confident in your photographer and with yourselves in front of the camera and have an idea of what to expect on the day. 📸 by 👰🏽 🤵🏾

A monogram is usually the first initials of the bride and groom's names – it’s an opportunity for the couple to make their mark with a bit of wedding branding.

The right wedding venue is so important📍Without a venue confirmed you have no wedding date. 🗓
Will the ceremony take place inside or outside?
What time can my decorator have access?
Where will the photos be taken? ⛔️
How many guests can the venue hold?
Do have exclusive use of the venue on that day?
Can we have our own cater? 🥙
And wait… is there a sound limiter? 🔇🧐

These are all very important questions to ask when looking for the right venue.

Just a reminder to all the brides out there… Enjoy the process, every moment of it.

We know it’s not easy but start by:
