Exercise doesn’t need to be complicated. Some excellent results recently from clients Laura & Jillie. An increase in strength and decreases in body fat and body weight all with simple resistance training ✨ Lots of squats, lunges, deadlifts & shoulder presses 🙌🏼
Check out some amazing results from my client 🤩 from 68kg to 61kg & a loss of body fat! Her waist has come in & glutes have grown 🔥💥

Here is a simple glute activation routine…you can also use a resistant band in all of these exercises!

Aim for 12 reps on each exercise and 3 rounds

Exercising during pregnancy 🤰🏼
Exercise is not dangerous for your baby when pregnant. There is some evidence that active women are less likely to experience problems in later pregnancy and labour.
The more active and fit you are during pregnancy, the easier it will be for you to adapt to your changing shape and weight gain. It will also help you to cope with labour and get back into shape after the birth.

Focus on WEEKLY AVERAGES! Perfection everyday, just no. In an ideal world yes but realistically unfortunately it doesn’t happen. Your fitness results are based on actions over a period of time. Think of your calorie and step targets as weekly averages! This is why I check in with my online clients weekly, we look at the results overall from the week. This stops my clients from giving up if they have a bad day 💫

I used to use exercise to be skinny, forget the curves and ass - I didn’t want that. Scales were my enemy and I used to freak out if my weight went above a certain point. Binge eating - well that was a vicious circle. The few times I made myself be sick after eating too much….that was me in my early 20’s.
Now I exercise to be strong, to be healthy & to be an example to my children.
If you’re new to exercise and don’t know where to start, then start small and pick something that you enjoy. Whether that’s a team sport or a long walk in nature. Enjoying the exercise is just as important as the actual workout.
If you exercise for enjoyment & health benefits you’re more than likely to stick to it long term 💫 🤍
