Hi everyone just a quick message regarding bookings for the new year. Finally getting round to sorting this diary out, bookings filling up very fast, well into April at the min🤯 with a few free dates here and there👍 finishing up the rest of my pricing over the next week so everyone will hear from me then. Once again thanks very much for the continued support, overwhelmed with the amount of bookings for the new year🙏❤️🪚🔨📐

Not one normally for writing negative stuff up on my business page, but with the experience I've just had with a past customer I feel the need to. Done a job near 2 1/2 months ago, and on a Saturday out of my own time.. never asked for payment as I was waiting to get a few dates for a plasterer/electrician to finish there side of things for me finish the rest of the work.. never heard anything for over a 1 1/2 months, so had to go ahead and book other work in as I wasn't for leaving myself stuck and out of work. Get a phone call then telling me the work was ready to go and I had already booked other work in, so was out of my control. Rung the other day asking for payment and he told me I wasn't getting anything as I never finished the job. Even though I had done what I could at the time, i still need paid for my labour? Even if it was a small amount.. if your not willing to pay for the job then don't get the job done! I go out of my way to try my best to accommodate everyone, I don't take deposits, I go of people's word. Sorry for the lengthy rant but it had to be said.

Been dying to see this one finished up, finally got down today to see it painted up and add the handles 👌 can't believe how well this one turned out, over the moon with it😍😍 both wardeobes internally are finished in white.. the doors/drawer fronts and infills are done in high grade mdf which were then painted 👍👌 also added these window seats to each room and a nice feature and make use of the space around the velux windows 👍 this is the 3rd job for these customers, and we've already discussed the next project🙌👌 big thanks to them for trusting me with all this work👌 thanks for looking everyone, hope you like this one as much as I do🙌🙏🔨🪚👀

Something abit different at the start of the week👍 steel shed insulated and ply lined👍👌 diary is filling up in the new year now.. first few month's are basically gone.. Will be out over the next few weeks to get the remainder of my work looked at and priced👍 thanks for the continued support everyone much appreciated🙏🪚🔨

Been quiet on here recently, things have been very busy🤯 finished this new pergola/decking display for Murdock Builders Merchants Banbridge branch today. Displaying all different colours/types of composite and timber decking they sell. Also the different types of timber cladding also on the wall behind 👌👍 call in and have a look👌 there on the Scarva Road Banbridge👍

On the other hand I'm fully booked the rest of this year, taking bookings now for 2024 which is also looking very busy for the first couple of months atleast👍 anyone on here who I have said il call to see work, bare with me been very busy. Will be in contact with everyone over the coming weeks, there's a brave list to get threw👍

Another one finished up recently 👌 turned out class this 👌Grey composite deck, coming out of the patio doors and a ramp also done to access the other half of the garden🙌 handrail was not done by me on this one, but the fellas made some job of it😍 this garden is being seesed again soon, will get some better pictures once that's done👌 thanks to richie Pedlow for the hand framing this one out👍 thanks for looking everyone 👀📐🔨🪚

Another big transformation finished up a few weeks back👌 love how this one turned out😍 old stained doors and woodwork removed, replaced with these oak Mexicano doors and all woodwork changed to beveled mdf and finished in white👍 new oak handrails fitted and primed white spindles 👌 love doing jobs like this and seeing the finished result. These customers were over the moon🙌🙏 all painting done by Ryan McNeill Painting and Decorating, great job again mate, some team👌🤣 thanks for looking everyone 👀📐🪚🔨

Nice wee fence knocked out yesterday 👌 4ft fence added between this house and garage to close of the back garden 👌 in and out in a day, wouldn't even knew I was there👌🤣

Some paneling done a few months back finally all painted up👌 love the bigger rectangular style paneling with these mouldings, really nice feature to this hallway especially with the carpet run on the stairs 😍👌

Job finished up the other day, down in Belfast for a change of scenery 👌 loved this one and how It turned out🙌 wall sheeted in mdf and added tongue and groove effect, 2 alcove units fitted with shelves above, one also with a log store👌 and TV centered over the fireplace👍 also done this wardrobe for some storage in the spare room and also to hide the boiler, much better looking covered up👌 will get some pictures up once this is all painted 🙌 thanks for looking everyone 👀📐🪚🔨🙏 and also thanks to these customers for trusting me with all this because we weren't exactly sure what was going to look best, but definitely turned out very well🙌👌

Can finally post photos of this job from a few months back, all painted up 👌 honestly over the moon with how these turned out😍 3 tradational style wardrobes made to match the style of this older house 👌 also added this floating dresser unit, ties in really well 👌 all made out of mdf, then hand painted 👍 love these bigtime 😍 thanks for looking everyone 👀🔨🪚📐

Some fencing Done recently at this new build👍 fence along the side of the house changed to a 6ft fence for more privacy. 2 gates added also to the side of the house, customer plans to keep there dog down there👍 and these double gates made to close of the back garden from the driveway side 👌👍 posts left long on the side fence for a lean to roof in the future 👌 thanks for looking everyone 👀🔨📐🪚

1 of 3 wardrobes and a dressing unit done a few weeks back👌 older style house so made the wardrobes in an older style to keep with the style of the house 👌 will get a proper post up of this once there all painted, but love how they turned out😍 all my work is carried out with mdf, so it will all need sprayed/painted once I'm finished, I dont use finished materials (yet)👌 thanks for looking everyone 👀🪚📐🔨

Another one finally all painted up👌 really pleased how this one turned out😍 first time doing a home office, loved it 🙌 2 tall cupboards made up with shelving and drawers in them👌 oak laminate worktop fitted also for the desk area. Tongue and groove added behind the desk for a nice feature, also shelves added above and tongue and groove running up threw 👌 also added this nice shoe/coat hanging area, with worktop to match and the same tongue and groove feature👌 lastly was the herringbone floor, and what a difference it made compared to the old one😍 love how this all turned out🙌 thanks to this customer for having me back and for trusting me with it all 👌 all hand painted by Ryan McNeill Painting and Decorating, done a class job on it finished it off really well👌 thanks for looking everyone, and if this is something your interested in give me a message for a quote, new year is filling up🪚📐🔨👀

Job finished up today👌 different sort of paneling done in this bathroom for a change 👀 walls sheeted in 6mm moisture resistant mdf, then filled out with 12mm moisture resistant with mouldings added also👌 nice architrave detail around the window also👌 can't wait to see this one painted up 🙌 thanks for looking everyone 🔨📐🪚👀

Another understairs storage all painted up👌 slightly different design in the drawer fronts of this one 👌 painted by Ross Harrison turned out well mate🙌👌

Another big transformation completed a few months back finally all painted up, and what a difference it has made unbelievable 😍 all new oak Mexicano doors hung throughout, also cut down a full size door and remade it to fit under the stairs cupboard 👌 all new architraves, skirtings and doorstops throughout 👍old stained handrails removed and replaced with these white square chamfered spindles, oak handrails and post tops, massive difference to the staircase 😍 paneling along the stair wal and landing. New wooden floor fitted in the downstairs hallway👌 made a storage cupboard in the spare room for extra storage and shelving made for the customers dvd collection 👌 can't believe the difference in this, especially the entrance to the house 😍😍 love these transformations👌 painting by Ryan McNeill Painting and Decorating, class job mate🙌 anyone thinking there house is needing this, give me a message and I can sort a quote for the new year🙌👍 thanks for looking everyone 👀📐🪚🔨

Enjoyed this one👌😍 first job was an alcove/TV unit with floating shelves above it and matching shelves at the far side👌 also done this small desk too as it's going to be used as a home office 👍 2nd job was the understairs storage, so popular these at the minute. 5 drawers all push to open and a nice tall cupboard for storing coats etc also👍 these are great for unused space under stairs and really tidies everything up 👌 last job was paneling the bathroom, just your standard shaker paneling but once painted it will look really well in this small bathroom 😍👌 can't wait to see this one painted up👌 still some work to get looked at over the next few weeks and prices to sort👍 taking bookings from November onwards at the minute👍 thanks for looking everyone 👀🔨📐🪚
