Over the last two days, we have had a team of electrical engineers re-wiring & replacing walkway lighting at this large development in Marylebone, London.

We have re-wired the lighting & have replaced the old fitting with an LED emergency microwave sensor eyelid fitting.

Today we have been in Woodford Green replacing a variety of lighting within the carpark & pool area of this block of apartments.

In the pool area, we have replaced 19 faulty spotlights with LED spotlights around the pool area.

In the car park, we have replaced 6 5ft emergency battens & 2 5ft standard battens.

Yesterday, we had a team of electricians in Hook, Hampshire conducting an Electrical Installation Condition Report for this large development. During this visit, we tested all ten consumer units.

Today in South London we have been replacing failed emergency lights following the monthly flick test we carried out earlier this month.

On today's visit, we have replaced 3 x emergency disc lights & 2 x emergency brick lights.

At this development in West London, we have replaced two faulty recessed battens at the front entrance.

We have replaced 1 x Standard 4ft LED vapour-proof batten & 1 x emergency 4ft LED vapour-proof batten.

It is the first of two 4-day weeks & we start this week with a team of engineers in Croydon who begin the first day of Electrical Installation Condition Report Testing at this large modern development.

Today we have had a team of engineers at a large development in London, we have replaced a large quantity of failed emergency lighting at Montagu Mansions.

Whilst on site we have upgraded the electrical cupboard lighting from non-emergency fittings to LED emergency microwave sensor fittings.

This morning we had an electrical team at this large development in East London where we have converted many of the external lights to LED fittings over the past few weeks.

Today we have replaced the 6 existing flood lights with LED flood lights.

Today we have a team of electricians at this large development in Westminster, in the Marylebone area where we are replacing failed emergency lighting following a recent emergency lighting test.

We are also upgrading the plant room lighting to LED to brighten up the walkway areas.

This morning we had a team of electricans at this lovely development in Enfield where we had been changing failed emergency lighting within the communal areas.

Today we have teams of electricians in North London, South West London & South East.

The below property is in South West London where we are currently changing failed emergency lighting within the communal areas in two blocks.

Today we carried out a small LED upgrade in North London where we upgraded old 2D fluorescent fittings to LED fittings as wind down to the Christmas period.

Today we begin works on this large development in North-West London, replacing over 40 failed emergency lightings and carrying out EICR remedial works.

We will be replacing failed brick lights, bulkheads & batten lights with LED equivalents to issue a satisfactory certificate.

Last Friday we had a team of engineers at this state-of-the-art development in North London who replaced a broken air curtain.

We supplied and installed a hermoscreen Compact 2 air curtain just in time for the winter months.

A busy day today carrying out a full LED upgrade to the communal areas of this development in Milton Keynes.

We have replaced 2D emergency fluorescent fittings with LED emergency fittings brightening up the communal areas and saving on future maintenance costs.

We have been over the last month carrying out a variety of reactive and planned works throughout London, Kent & the home counties.

Yesterday we had a team in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire upgrading the internal lighting from pendant lighting to LED emergency microwave fittings brightening up the communal areas and saving the blocks money on bills & future maintenance.

This week received two reviews from two of our leading clients.

One review is from a property manager from one of the country's largest property management companies. For this property manager, we carry out a large range of electrical works from planned to reactive over many different counties.

The second review is from a Lettings Consultant from one of the country's leading estate agents. We carry out a high amount of Electrical Installation Condition Reports for this client with many being on short notice where we have never let them down.

We have also had a team at this modern development in Leyton, on the border with Hackney who have been carrying out the annual emergency lighting testing in 9 blocks within this large development.

We have also installed 2 additional 50W PIR flood lights to the side and rear of the building.

Yesterday, we also had a team of electricians at this development in St Albans replacing seven front garden wall light fixtures with LED eyelid fixtures.
