‘So what do you get up to when you’re closed?’ You might have seen us in the bakery if you peer through the windows! What are we doing?? Well, EVERYTHING WE MAKE IS MADE HERE! Nothing is bought in. So we’re (deep breath): Mixing doughs Shaping lots of loaves Laminating lots of layers Making beautiful croissants and pastries Balling cookie dough Rolling puff pastry into sausage rolls Making ALL our pastry fillings and toppings from scratch Loading up the provers ready to bake fresh in the morning We’re here from Tuesday onwards getting ready for the weekend. Because we believe it matters. Because we love what we do. And because we think you can taste the difference. See you Friday!!
