As Mental Health Awareness Week comes to a close, we wanted to thank our CEO Christine Morgan for the many great activities we have been able to experience working at Pro-Stretch UK.

Pro-Stretch will continue to follow this years theme "Movement: Moving more for our Mental Health” always striving to keep morale high.
Encouraging good mental health in the workplace is an important part of working life, and creates a positive environment to fulfil our daily tasks.

For Mental Health Awareness Week, Joanne (Head of Marketing & Trim Materials at Pro-Stretch) has written about how playing netball is both mentally and physically beneficial for her. 🏐 🏃‍♀️ 🎽

“I started playing netball around 8 years ago, having not played since school, and noticed a marked boost in my mental health, self-esteem, and positivity. Playing weekly, gets my blood pumping and my serotonin flowing which reduces my stress and anxiety and I can forget about all my responsibilities for an hour and just focus on having time for myself!
Any team sports have the benefit of being socially interactive, working together, meeting new people, and giving you that little push needed to want to improve your skills. I have made so many friends over the years whilst being part of (and captaining) a team in a local league, and now in running a back to netball session once a week!”

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and here at Pro-Stretch, CEO Christine Morgan understands the importance of positive mental health in the workplace.

The theme for this year is “Movement: Moving more for our Mental Health” and Pro-Stretch UK regularly organises activities which encompass team morale and new experiences.

To date, the company have taken part in many activities including walking with wolves, clay-pigeon shooting, axe-throwing, hilly walks, driving segways and a very successful ‘Pro-Stretch Olympics’!
