Moyola Partitions has just been awarded the partitions and suspended ceilings package for Shelbourne Park stadium in Dublin City centre!

We have already started onsite this week and are thrilled to work alongside our client Grant Fit Out on this one.

The finish on this project looks amazing from the drawings with a lot of high detail work in the ceilings. Stay tuned for more updates!

Moyola partitions currently requires fixers/boarders to join our existing squads.

We have recently secured a number of big projects all in N.Ireland which leaves us very busy right into 2025 so immediate starts are available.

We are also interested in hearing from anyone who might be interested in starting a career in the drywall sector with full training being provided.

This was a great project to be involved in from start to finish. This building was took back to the bare bone and the finished building now looks amazing!

Great work from the guys on this one as it definitely wasn’t easy, but it’s all worth it now when you see the results.

Wetherspoons project No.6 started last week.

Can anyone guess this extremely busy location??

Moyola Partitions recently started the partitions and ceiling works on the new £3m refurbishment and extension of the JD Wetherspoon Six Chimneys pub in Wakefield City Centre.

This project will see an additional 4,000 square foot of customer space created, more than doubling the size of the existing pub.

This will be our 5th Wetherspoons project completed since August this year!

Fantastic progress made last week on our Cardiff project.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a proven Quantity Surveyor within a fast growing company. You will have the opportunity to progress and grow within the role and company as the business expands.

KEY RESPONSABILITES:

Liaising with clients to identify their needs

Prepare, submit and negotiate tenders as required within the team and in conjunction with the Contracts Manager.

Procure Sub Contract packages, approve sub contract orders ensuring compliance with specification, drawings and employers requirements.

Prepare and submit client applications accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure monthly applications are certified on time and invoiced as appropriate.

Manage and agree subcontract instructions and variations.

Produce detailed take offs, understand and read design drawings etc.

Another very busy week for us here at Moyola Partitions.
MF ceilings all up and ready for plasterboard.
