We have been hard at work this past week, the soft play has undergone the necessary works, carpets and vinyl have been laid and we have the furniture installation due to take place tomorrow. We are hoping to re-open on Wednesday 10th July and are really excited to welcome you into our newly transformed space. Please book as usual on our website

So we have had lots of people ask whether we are changing the soft play. So in answer to these questions: the structure and set up of the soft play is to remain as it is. Having discussed our plans with the specialists they feel it provides best use of the available space. Also, our set up is more suited to the younger children allowing them to play independently with the added benefit of parents being able to see their children play from the comfort seating area. The soft play itself will be renewed/upholstered to generally freshen up the play space and bring it in line with the rest of the works.

The sun is out and our fruit slushies are back! These are made with real fruit juice with zero added sugar or flavourings. For grown ups these taste amazing with a shot (or two) of either gin, vodka or tequila! Let us know which is your favourite pairing. Unfortunately alcohol not included but one to try at home

Wishing all the amazing mums a heartfelt Mother’s Day. 💕 Today holds a mix of emotions for us at Junior’s as we remember Junior on the third anniversary of his passing. Although he’s no longer with us, his joyful spirit continues to inspire us every day. Let’s celebrate Mother’s Day and Junior’s life and the love he brought into our hearts.
We also take the opportunity to extend our deepest gratitude to our incredible customers, who have supported us and Junior’s throughout this journey. Your love, respect, and heartfelt tributes have meant the world to us and keeps us doing what we do. Thank you for being a part of our extended family and for helping us to keep Junior’s memory alive. 💖 . 🌟

Finally able to confirm our Christmas opening hours. Hope you are able to come visit during this festive period. Here’s to wishing everyone a very merry Christmas and all the very best for 2024. Thanks to each and everyone for their continued support over the past year.

In honoring Junior, our focus is always on putting him first in our hearts. This dedication drives us to try and go above and beyond, whether it's enhancing the cafe, enriching the community, or creating a lasting legacy for Junior. Recently, we proudly sponsored Maidenhead United Colts under 10s football club, providing them with custom winter jackets. The team wore them with pride as mascots at a MUFC home game, thanks to the coaches' for providing us the opportunity. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible customers for their unwavering support in this journey.

So we have been busy planning for a little fun filled day full of Christmas joy! Please DM to book your slot or pop into the cafe and purchase your ticket. Tuesday 5th December, it’s not as far as you think!

Halloween ready.. please do pop in for some Halloween inspired treats over half term.

Now that most children are back to school, hopefully we all get a bit more time back on our hands. Key focus for us here at the cafe is to up that step count! I couldn’t think of a better place to do it than within the grounds of Ockwells Park, there is so much beautiful space to spend a moment to recharge after a crazy summer period! Then maybe a nice iced coffee for afters!

Did you know we hire table tennis paddles and balls for an hour session and you can enjoy a game in the park. Expertly demonstrated by our wonderful staff.

The sun is out! This makes us so happy to see and the outlook for the next few days is looking promising too! Navigating the summer holidays can be tricky and made all the more harder when the weather is not on our side! Why not take a short break from work today, pop by into the cafe for a treat before enjoying a walk or play in the park.

With everything we do it’s starts with thoughts of you. Our intentions are always to try and make Junior proud and continue his heritage and legacy, something we will always do. Others will just see a bench for us this is another step in cementing Junior’s name in the community. So come in grab a coffee, ice cream or any other treat that takes your fancy, take a seat on Junior’s bench and let your worries disappear just how they would when Junior would give you a great big hug!

What a beautiful sunny morning today at the cafe. Our outdoor seating complete with parasols are out ready for you to come and enjoy the sunshine.

Anyone fancy an after school treat in the sun. For those that are not aware we have our own Mr Whippy machine we use this for all our milkshakes and frappes.

We got fed up of waiting for the sun and decent weather! So as of today have reintroduced our amazing slushies. These are made of real fruit juice, with zero added sugar or flavours and constitutes one of your five a day!! Come in and grab one, take a picture with your drink and we will share the best and most creative ones.
