Meet the Team Monday: Meet Wendy!

Working with us since we opened in January 2022, Wendy is a ray of sunshine on every shift she works, bringing a smile to everyone’s face!☀️ Her favourite dish is the Twisted Chicken Club Ciabatta and her favourite drink is the Pink Lemonade 🍋🍓Fun fact: Wendy is a future lawyer!👩‍⚖️

And that marks the end of Lounge Aid!! From yummy cookies to creative bear names to Lounger sponging, it’s been a busy month 😊 Thank you to everyone who took part and donated - together, we have raised £80.24 this month for the Maidenhead and District Stroke Club! This will be able to fund a music therapy session for its members, helping to provide community and support ❤️

Stay tuned for the winners of the sweets and teddy naming competitions! We will be getting in contact with you shortly.

Father’s Day is coming up- and what better way for the kids to show their appreciation than by colouring in one of our Super Dad cards?! 🦸‍♂️ 🎨

The cards will be available all weekend at our kids’ craft station to colour in, meanwhile why not treat the superhero father figures in your life to a pint or a meal with us? ❤️🍺🍔

🌟Exciting news!!!🌟 For the entire month of June, we will be taking part in company-wide initiative, Lounge Aid! We will be raising money for the amazing local charity, Maidenhead & District Stroke Club !❤️

They work to provide a safe, social space so that Stroke Survivors and their Carers can meet, chat, exchange views and provide mutual support. Through numerous activities and fortnightly meetings, members receive invaluable support. Funds are most needed to help cover transport costs for the most vulnerable members.

Join us in raising money through some exciting activities the whole family can get involved in, including:

🧽 Sponge the Lounger!
