Thank you to all those that came to the first HealingGems meditation and mindfulness session last week. It was a great session, full of relaxation and understanding, and what i loved the most is how everyone engaged and chatted, as social engagement is part of any healing process and human wellbeing. If you are struggling today in any way, maybe with physical symptoms, anxiety and over thinking, the number one thing you can do for yourself is PAUSE and breathe. Whether that is one full deep breath or three, Just breathe. It helps to take you out of fight or flight mode and into relaxation. Try it, Just Breathe. It is free and simple.
