Something a bit different this Sunday coming, 23rd June, I'll be featuring a guest mix from the fabulous Antonia Deeson on my show from 10am.

Fresh from an interview and guest mix on BBC6 Music with Lauren Laverne no less, Antonia will be providing an hour of unapologetic diva-esque disco, piano and funky beats for your listening pleasure. You are not going to be disappointed, let me tell you!

Antonia has a back story not dissimilar to my own, coming to djing later in life! Like me, Antonia has put in the graft to learn her craft and with some assistance from London Sound Academy (who Lars Delfstein has also had involvement with) she has gone from spinning a few tunes at a friends party to playing huge events in some pretty amazing venues across the south east and abroad, and alongside some legends in the game, such as Smokin Jo. In between being interviewed by the broadsheets, and on the BBC, playing gigs, and recording me a mix, Antoina also finds time to run her own business and be a mum! Talk about superwoman!
