Do you experience pain and stiffness in and around your pelvic joints?
Does it hurt when you walk, climb the stairs or turn over in bed?
You may be experiencing pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain (PGP). Pain can continue for months or years without treatment.
BUT PGP can be safely and effectively treated with hands-on manual therapy during and after pregnancy.
Follow the link in our bio to find out more and to access our free resources to help you get the treatment you need.

Forward leaning postures are great for gently stretching the ligaments of the uterus. These can get tight and uncomfortable when we spend a lot of our time seated.
It's also a great position for helping baby rotate into the occiput anterior (OA) position - with their head down and spine at the front of your bump.
