PIZZA OF THE WEEK This week we're celebrating some beautiful ingredients and simple combinations. San Marzano tomato base, fior di latte, fresh basil, ground beef and oregano.

PIZZA OF THE WEEK - I’m sure you don’t need us to tell you it’s the King’s coronation this weekend. That being the case we thought it only right we mark the occasion with the obvious - coronation chicken pizza. It’s a no-Mayo version using crème fraiche and Greek yoghurt, then curry powder, cinnamon, mango chutney, sultanas and a pinch of salt. We spread this over the base of the pizza, top with a little mozzarella and then add chicken. Once cooked it gets a sprinkle of coriander and then, less typically for the dish, pomegranate seeds. These provide a little bit of acid as well as their beautiful colour! Here’s to great week of pizza and another long weekend! 🥂 🍻 🍕 🍕 🍕

P I Z Z A O F T H E W E E K This week’s POTW was suggested a few weeks back and I’ve been meaning to get round to it ever since. This is a very special pizza, in collaboration with one of the great food spots in South Manc; Levenshulme Bakery! So here it is, the Chicken Shawarma Pizza. It starts with half a teaspoon of Levy B’s green chilli sauce mixed in with our pizza sauce. Then the cheese and some classic kebab flavours: red onion, tomato, jalapeño, crumbled feta, chicken shawarma and a sprinkle of oregano on top.
